Hi I'm Paul and I would like to introduce my new book of Rhyming Poems called Humour, Heart and Hope, the poems evolved as a way of explaining my Parkinson's, Anxiety and Ileostomy , both my physical and mental wellbeing.

My Family were also touched with Dementia through my stepfather and unfortunately later,  Grief as we lost two family members within two weeks just before Xmas 2024 and truly devasting and humbling experience.

The Poems are very raw, emotional, self reflective ,heartfelt, open and honest, there is also dark humour involved.
